With three separate stages, this legendary comedy club owned by doyenne Mitzi Shore can get a laugh out of just about anyone.

The three stages house comedians of varying levels of experience. The Main Room, entry to which usually costs about $20 per show, features the biggest comics on the weekends. The Original Room runs comedy seven days a week, featuring various lineups throughout the week. (The more notable comedians take the stage Fridays and Saturdays.) And the Belly Room, awash in greenhorns Sunday through Friday, also hosts the occasional one-person showcase.
