Nirvana for Macintosh and iPod users.

If you're a Mac user, you've probably already been here. If you're not a Mac user, look out--one visit and you may be compelled to join the Apple cult. It's not just the computers, the iPods, the cameras, the scanners and the games. The store itself is like a breath of fresh air. Rumor has it that Apple CEO Steve Jobs, a legendary detail freak, was re-designing the floor layout right up until the moment the first Apple Store opened in May 2001. The store showcases the latest drool-worthy hardware, but you can resolve your computer problems with a Mac "genius" at the Genius Bar, or, if you have kids, play games on one of the dozen or so eMacs set up just for that purpose.
