Dean and Davis Factor, great-grandsons of makeup legend Max Factor, own this photo studio-cum-events location.

In February 2004, Dean and Davis Factor became major fashion players when they coupled with Mercedes-Benz and organizers 7th on Sixth to co-sponsor LA Fashion Week. Twice a year, the studio rolls out the red carpet for spring and fall runway shows, becoming the stomping grounds for B-listers and LA fashionistas alike. The Factor brothers also rent the space for parties, sample sales and other hipper-than-thou events.
