We hate shopper's regret. Not the guilty kind about spending too much—no, we're talking about lusting for the one that got away. Don't make that mistake again. You like, you buy.

Owner Samira Arkel gathers last season's stock (or overstock) from such boutiques as Madison, Tracey Ross and Stacey Todd and sells the brand-spanking new goodies for 50-80 percent off at her outlet shop. The store itself is no glamour girl, with shoe boxes piled in the corner and dressing rooms closed off by little more than strategically placed bedsheets, but it's not the ambiance that brings the regulars back. It's the bargains on such labels as Catherine Malandrino, Diesel, Ella Moss, loyandford, Mon Petit Oiseau and Prada. The store also carries swimwear from Laura Urbinati and BCBG; jeans from Antik, Joe Jeans, Seven and Levi's; and dresses from Diane Von Furstenberg, Splendid and Vivienne Westwood. Sizes are limited and all sales are final, so make decisions wisely. But be careful: There's always a shopper behind you that will snatch up your top if you hesitate. —Mai Dinh
