The very French Frederic Fekkai has long been known as the master of the simple-but-chic haircut. The jet-setting hairstylist to the stars has also created a spa that, with its color palette of blues and yellows, feels like a Provence farmhouse—a really expensive Provence farmhouse.

The reception area can be hectic, but the spa itself is as cool as a cucumber. Airy and full of natural light, its wood floors and canary-colored walls imitate a sunny day in the South of France. And the salon offers everything under the soleil. Colors, cuts, massages, body scrubs, facials, makeup, waxing, manicures and pedicures are just a few of the services on the menu. And speaking of menu, the salon also has its own caf, complete with charming rooftop terrace. While the Beverly Hills oasis is famous for catering to celebs, the staff pay no more attention to Jessica Biel, Cheryl Hines, Mischa Barton, Rosario Dawson and Daryl Hannah than they do Westside soccer moms.
