   Truly a native son, Eduardo Lucero has built a solid business from his Beverly Blvd. atelier with personalized service and a distinct look that always emphasizes Latin-flavored sexiness.It's no surprise that Lucero has been a fave designer of starlets on the curvy side; his dramatic gowns slit down to there (or up to here) make smashing red-carpet statements. Though Lucero formerly sold his dresses and tailored separates to other boutiques and stores, he recently brought it all home to give more personalized service by selling everything from his airy boutique. This way he can fit and alter items right on the customer. Bright colors and ruffles are not rare, but Lucero also knows the power of a monochromatic look and a single long, slinky line.
